William Reindorf-Partey ("SheForms", "we") is responsible for the data processed on this site. Contact: william.reindorfpartey@sheforms.fit. The company is currently pre-incorporation; a registered Swiss entity and address will be updated here once available.
2. Data we collect
- Email address and city, which you enter yourself to join the waitlist
- Submission timestamp, recorded automatically by the form provider
3. Purpose and basis
We use this data solely to manage the waitlist and contact you about studio openings in your city. Submitting the form is voluntary and constitutes your consent to this processing.
4. Storage and recipients
The waitlist form is provided by CustomGForm (customgform.com) and embedded on this page. Responses are collected via CustomGForm and may be stored by CustomGForm and/or forwarded to a linked Google Form / Google Sheet. This involves processing by CustomGForm and by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, and may involve servers outside Switzerland, including in the United States.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred to the United States, the providers rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) or standard contractual clauses, to ensure a level of protection consistent with the FADP.
6. Retention
We keep waitlist data only for as long as needed to launch and manage studio access in your area, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the FADP you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact us at privacy@sheforms.fit. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch.
8. Cookies and local storage
We do not set language cookies (each language has its own URL). The embedded CustomGForm form may set its own cookies as part of the form service; see the provider’s privacy policy for details.
9. Security
Submitted data is protected by the form provider’s own safeguards against spam and misuse; we do not add any collection or validation of our own.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the site or our services evolve. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
